The board of directors of Treasure ASA has decided to report financials semi-annually going forward, but will provide a market update shortly after the end of the first and third quarter each year. The financial calendar of Treasure ASA will be updated accordingly.

The annual general meeting in Treasure ASA will be held on Thursday 26 April 2018 at 09:00 (CET) at the company's premises at Strandveien 20, NO-1366 Lysaker, Norway.

Today, the Hyundai Motor Group issued a press release describing a restructuring plan to eliminate circular ownership within the group.
